Our Services

We focus on real-life solutions that make a meaningful difference — at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes)
We begin with a full picture of your history, your goals, and what matters most to you — no rushing, no pressure.
Medication Management (30 minutes)
We decide together if medication is the right step. If it is, we “start low, go slow,” and monitor carefully with your input every step of the way.
Collaborative Check-Ins
Brief, supportive conversations are always part of your care. We check in on how you’re feeling and how things are going in your real life — not just on paper.
Team-Based Care
With your permission, we can coordinate with your therapist, PCP, or support system to make sure your care is truly aligned and integrated.
Practical Mental Health Education
You deserve to understand your diagnosis and treatment options. We’ll break things down simply so you can make informed, confident decisions.
