What conditions do you treat?

We help with:

Depression Anxiety PTSD ADHD Bipolar Disorder Schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders Substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions Emotional trauma, including effects of narcissistic abuse

Not sure what you're experiencing? Start by booking a consultation—we’ll guide you through a professional evaluation and discuss what support fits best.

What happens during the first appointment?

Your first visit is a 60-minute conversation where we explore what you’ve been going through, your medical and emotional history, and your goals. There’s no pressure — it’s a safe space to share what you’re comfortable with, and we’ll decide together what the next steps should be.

Do I have to take medication?

Not at all. Medication is just one option. If we both feel it may help, we’ll discuss it in detail, start low, and monitor closely. If you prefer therapy, lifestyle changes, or just want time to think, that’s okay too. You’re in charge.

Do you offer therapy or just medication?

We focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. That said, we offer supportive check-ins during appointments and collaborate with your therapist (if you have one) to ensure your care feels connected and complete.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance plans. You’ll see logos on our homepage, or you can call or message us to verify your coverage before booking. We also accept cash pay patients.

Is everything done online?

No — we currently offer telehealth and have a wait list for face-to-face visits. Inquire on face-to-face and we'll let you know the availability. For Telehealth, sessions are held over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive clear instructions when you book. For in-person visit, the location is in Encino, CA.

Can you prescribe controlled substances (like stimulants or benzodiazepines)?

We prescribe them when clinically appropriate, and only after a thorough evaluation. We follow state and federal guidelines strictly and always focus on safety, functionality, and long-term stability.

How soon can I be seen?

E-mail and message our office and submit the intake so we can reach out quickly to schedule your first visit.

What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting?

That’s completely okay — a lot of people feel that way. We’ll take things one step at a time. There’s no pressure and no judgment. You can even reach out just to ask questions before booking.
